That happened to me too! Those exact numbers. It's okay, your next score will be higher.
Been there. I’ve taken pts where I scored -0 on one section and -15 on another. Some are just more difficult than others and sometimes I’m just really tired. Best thing we can do is learn from our mistakes and move on.
It happens sometimes! don't give up or let it make you feel bad. Some tests are harder than others, and some contents are more suited to our abilities than others. If anything, be glad that this new PT is allowing you to see weak areas that you might have to work on. however, these are not the only explanatory factors. There are other ups and lows that we naturally have in life. I have a friend (not me btw) that got a -20 on an RC section but they otherwise do really well and have gotten a 166 in recent PTs (two week difference).
I wouldn't let it get to you! As EatYoCarrots commented, your score can and will change depending on what's going on around and with you. My best advice is SLOW DOWN while studying, read everything literally! We're all in different boats for what score we want to achieve, for myself I only want to hit between a 155-160 and maybe raise it in the future but that's just me and what I aiming for. Set a reasonable goal for what you truly feel you can achieve. However, It is much better to get a question right than to speed into a wrong answer. The LSAT will reward correct answers rather than give you points on how many you could answer in the given time frame. Good luck to you and all else whom may be reading this!
Don't worry about it, it happens. Performance and knowledge are different things. Lots of things can affect performance, tiredness, word exhaustion, meals, mood, etc. The worst thing u can do after a bad section is seep it into ur confidence, then u guarantee to carry that feeling into ur next section.
