    Proper sleep…sounds irrelevant but once I get solid sleep I am in top shape to think.

    This may sound strange, but I’ve noticed a 5–10 point difference in my test scores depending on whether I go to the gym before a PT. So I think doing some exercise beforehand helps activate my brain and keep me calm, which leads to better performance.
