🙃 Confused

LSAT January

I think I am asking a dumb question. but anyways,

First time taking the LSAT, I have my exam scheduled for 1/10 at 3pm. My question is, do I login to Lawhub at 3pm sharp so should I login and start the check in process 10-15 min early? I dont know how it works. Because I am assuming it will take at least 15 min for the check in process, so my test will be delayed 15 min and I won't start at 3pm technically????

Also make sure you can pick up your laptop and/or webcam to move around and show the room, under the table, behind the chair, etc... As for the speaker that other catty dude is talking about, as long as your laptop has a speaker in it you're gonna be fine. I logged on 30 minutes early to take no chances. I'd advise you to do the same just in case anything comes up. Make sure to bring a charger and have your laptop plugged in the entire time too. But check in is a breeze for the most part. Feels like a Zoom call. Just don't wear any jewelry or wrist wear either

The emails r long and sometimes confusing, idk why the first reply came in so hot it can be a lot (especially while ur studying) you just need to make sure that the online proctor system is checked and working before, and that you don't have any unauthorized materials (electronics, etc) they check everything so I logged in 30 mins before and then started it ten minutes early but it depends what proctor you get

I've taken the test thrice. Read the instructions. You seem to have not read the instructions. They are very long. There are many rules. One of the instructions is to arrive at least 15 minutes early, and to test out the testing Prometric software before hand to make sure your camera, microphone and computer work. Also, I did not know you needed a speaker — you do. Make sure you have a speaker on your laptop/monitor or attached to your PC
