I think the discussion feature is really helpful, but its hard to find my own posts once I've posted them. It seems like there should be a "My Posts" tab somewhere.

Hey! Thanks so much for your thoughtful feedback! You can currently view all your posts and comments by clicking your username at the top of your post, or by hovering and clicking the "View profile" button. Please see the sample GIF below.
That said, I really appreciate your suggestion about adding a more visible or dedicated “My Posts” tab, and I’ve passed it along to our team for consideration!
