Hi, I just got a subscription through my LSAC fee waiver and have a few questions regarding my study plan. I plan to take my LSAT in June and have been self-studying for about a month so far. I started with LawHub's free video lessons and drill sets, and then did 7Sage's LR mini course on Youtube. I got a 158 on my diagnostic this past weekend. I notice that the 7Sage curriculum starts with videos and gets into practice later, but want to practice a bit every day if possible. If I do 5-15 questions each day in either LR or RC, will I mess up the practice plan that 7Sage has implemented in the later portion of my study plan? Is it even reasonable for me to practice throughout the foundations/theory part of the course? I am also a full time student with a job, so I'm trying to create a structured plan ASAP. Thanks!

I am in the exact same situation and am also a full time student that works daily. I personally have held off on doing practice questions until I am done atleast with the majority of the LR lessons - as I feel that it would be a waste of the limited question pool to do questions now when I am not adaquetely prepared for them yet. The practice questions scattered throughout the lessons are very helpful for me.

  • 7sage has different study plans that you can choose from. Some incorporate more theory in the beginning and others more practice. The theory part also has practice questions sprinkled throughout. It sounds like you would benefit most from a LITTLE theory, given your current schedule. Also, if anything, I think practicing a question on your own and then seeing it again later in your study may actually help rather than hurt you.
