I keep zoning out while reading. I don’t know why, but it’s so frustrating. I find myself able to sit down and get normal stuff done (schoolwork, anything that requires focus for long periods of time) but as soon as I start doing PTs or drills I can’t focus. I don’t know what to do. 😢 any advice?

    i'm currently having the same problem :( it's difficult but im trying to set a schedule for myself each day, either attending live classes or 5 drill questions a day, and progress from there. it's okay to take breaks too and do something that you enjoy.

    I had the exact same problem. A tip that I found from someone online with ADHD was to read out loud and follow the words with your mouse cursor. As I got better at focusing on reading, I eventually started just mumbling to myself, and now I just read in my head while using the mouse to follow along. I'm not trying to diagnose you (or myself) with ADHD but that tip was an absolute game changer for me.
