Self-study
I’m gonna be vulnerable here, I am SO stressed. I’ve noticed it playing a huge role in my scores, my physical and mental wellbeing, and honestly every part of my life. I take breaks, full rest days, I workout consistently, I see friends everyday, and really thought I was balancing my study time with my regular college life. Unfortunately I just don’t think I am mentally detaching from the exam when I’m not studying. Any tips on stress management? About a month out and need to start prioritizing myself to score well.

@MichaelWright Thank you for this! I really appreciate you putting in the time to make this video. It’s definitely a stressful time but I’m happy I have the 7Sage community for support! Thank you again! I’ll take your advice to heart!
@MichaelWright I want to say how much I appreciated your video. Your perspective on the LSAT and life in general is so deep and meaningful and at same time you put humor into it.
I definitely struggle with stress management too, but some things that helped me is to stop doomscrolling and instead replacing it with long-form content and a creative hobby that keeps my hands busy. I like knitting, but I've also picked up chess and other brain-stimulating games. This is something you can do when you're taking full rest days, in-between classes, before bedtime, etc to keep yourself distracted and engaged without having to scroll.
You're doing great, stress is part of the process! It's really hard to be managing everything all at once, and studying for the LSAT on top of being a full time college student is very demanding. You are definitely valid for feeling overwhelmed, and it will unfortunately continue to feel that way throughout the process. It helps to find community in similar situations, either online or on campus. But it will ultimately take practice and motivation to get you where you want to be.
Wishing you luck and a lovely spring semester! 🍀
