I’ve been experiencing consistent issues with repeating questions since switching over to 7sage‘s new website. I’ve emailed about it a couple times and was dismissed initially, being told that its not possible and they’re “unable to replicate the problem”, until sending proof that my questions were repeating, and then was informed they “looked into it more”, which the looking into was NEVER sufficient ( only covering the time since the switch to the new website).
This website is great and all but definitely had some major issues with the import tool. I believe almost all of the repeat questions I’ve had have been ones I’ve done before the move to the new site, though I’ve been studying for a long time so it’s hard to say.
The customer service, continued to blame the problem on me, although I was very clearly and concisely explaining the issue and kept showing proof that what they were telling me is absolutely bogus.
I then saw a cheeky little sentence at the bottom of one of the emails reading: Powered by Intercom. After some digging, turns out I’ve been gaslit by some useless AI bots in lieu of actual customer service. Of course the problem couldn’t be fixed, because those bots are unable to give me instructions outside of whatever they’re programmed.
Safe to say my frustration has grown rather rapidly past where is began. 7sage is not by no means inexpensive, my study time is incredibly valuable, the materials I use are even more valuable, and especially as a loyal customer since before the move to the new site, it‘s discouraging to see that all customer service is useless AI crap unable to help with more than a standard issue and completely unknowledgeable of the program with NO WAY to escalate and get in contact with a real person.
I’m hoping to maybe get some confirmation others are having this issue and maybe even get the attention of a real, useful human through this post.
