I know we can bookmark questions to review but I would like the option to add an additional tag to them so I can differentiate WHY I got certain questions wrong, like "Vocab Gap" "Bad Diagraming" or "Illiterate". That way I can better keep track of what I'm doing wrong, since the AI can't tell that I misread a specific word.

    This is why i keep my wrong answer journal as a Notion dashboard! It's been helpful for me -- I'm sharing it as a suggestion for you if that's helpful
