Hey I've started to noticed that after I do untimed sections or blind review my accuracy is either 80%-100%. From the analytics its also shown me that I often choose the right answer, than talk myself out of the right answeer and end up choosing the wrong one. It seems like I do this fairly frequently. How do you become sure of yourself because this mental block is keeping me in the 155. I know the answer, but than their comes a question that distorts my understanding of what I. believed the flaw initally was. I struggle w/ the Phenomenon-hypothesis (LR) (which seems to be commmon). Do I just need to keep hammering basic principles, or do more questions so I can learn to recongize the pattern in whats being asked?

One rule that's helpful is to not switch your answer unless you can explain exactly why it's wrong. This prevents answers being changed based off of bad vibes or a lack of confidence and encourages you to trust your gut!

Hey! This is really normal :) One thing that can be really helpful here is practicing "full send" drills When you drill, whatever AC you choose, you have to stick with it. These you can do timed!

You can also work in Elimination Drills. In addition to choosing an answer, you have to eliminate every other answer and tell yourself exactly why you're getting rid of it. You can do these untimed!

We believe in what we see ourselves do. If you constantly succeed your mind won’t be able to believe that you’ll fail. Study and learn the test so much that you force your mind to be confident in your ability.
