    Hi there! A couple of things tend to resolve this:

    1. Check whether you have any browser extensions that interact with text selection (like Grammarly). Those can prevent the highlight popup from appearing, so try disabling them, then reload the page and reselect the text.

    2. Try clearing your cache, or opening 7Sage in an incognito window, then select the text again.
