Hi Everyone, so I'm finally scoring in the 160's which is not too far from my goal score. I spent my first 2 months of studying focused on accuracy and now that I am finally feeling a bit confident with it I want to switch over to focusing on timing, and actually completing all 4 sections as I will on test day. Does anyone have any tips for timing? I know the question types, I know how to tackle each problem but I have to manage to do this in 35 minutes which is where I struggle.

thats awesome!!! congrats
Good Job!
@Liya.G Thank You!
One thing that has helped me with LR timing has been focusing on doing the first 10 questions in 10 minutes. Having this momentum usually leads me into doing questions 10-15 faster as well. This leaves me with around 18-20 minutes for the last 10 questions. But make sure not to rush, being accurate is the most important quality for timing improvements.
Once you can do the first 10 accurately in 10 minutes, the rest of the section opens up with the extra time.
I'm not the highest scorer in the world but this mindset has helped me so much on LR, and I hope it helps you too!
@ElijahWhite I usually tend to actually make more mistakes with the first ten questions when I try to do it under 10 minutes, do you have any tips? (I mean the first 10 are usually easier questions)
@Farah I noticed that for me, when I was having trouble with the first ten it was because I did not have too firm of a grasp on the foundations. I understood them but not strong enough. To get a better understanding I read the loophole by Ellen Cassidy which basically teaches the same thing that the 7sage foundation course explains so that could of course help. Sometimes starting over from the ground up really helps on this journey.
@ElijahWhite I will definitely try this, Thank You!
@LayM Thank you! I already read the Loophole so I will try going over the 7 sage foundations then. Congrats on the 161 again!
@ElijahWhite This strategy has worked for me too! I also try to do a quick skim over those questions one more time before I go to the next one as a final check. This give me confidence to move on while not dropping speed.
