Just jumped in to the 7 sage community last week and took my first diagnostic. I scored a 145 with a goal score for my LSAT of 175. Any advice on how to navigate 30 points improvement ?

Don't be discouraged, it takes time, but huge improvements happen when you start getting a better grasp of the test. My diagnostic was a 132, and I jumped a solid 20 points just from thoroughly doing the core curriculum, and then started seeing more realistic growth after that when I started drilling. I would do the core curriculum on 7Sage really in-depth. Sometimes it's hard and you wanna skip it and get to drilling, but it's really relevant and helped me a lot. Once you're done, then start drilling intentionally instead of jumping into random questions.
Key word here is "diagnostic". While we all have different starting points, this is the beginning and you're not always going to ace it first go around (as much as me and my wallet wish!) put in the work and the time to understand the foundations and the rest follows.
I think the first thing to remember is that you have a long time to study and improve, like around a year, if you're not applying this cycle. The LSAT is a learnable test. I think you will probably see a big jump in performance after a few more weeks of getting to know the question types and basic approaches. I would say focus on doing the 7sage core curriculum and only really start doing sections and drills once you have a solid foundational approach.
Go through the core curriculum thoroughly and then start practicing. My diagnostic was a 143 at the end of May and I’m up 20 points since then. From what I see on these discussion boards, a lot of people make 20-30pt jumps with learning and practice.
