Hi all, I am working on some short answer essays for Law School applications and I have a formatting question.
If I am answering 2+ short answer prompts, and they are to be on the same document, is it okay to just label it "Essay Prompt #4, etc." or should I put the actual prompt after this: "Essay Prompt #4; why do you love purple pikmin so much?"
At the end should I put the word count or leave it alone? (Word Count: 265...)
Any input would be appreciated!

It's totally fine to go either way with the formatting! If I were reading it, I think I'd prefer a shortened version of the prompt name, just so I know exactly what question you're responding to. I may not have the question numbers memorized! For example, if it was Michigan, I wouldn't write: "Essay Six: What’s a character trait you’re glad you possess? Describe a recent experience where you exhibited that trait." I'd prefer "Character Trait" or "#6, Character Trait" or something like that.
And no word count necessary unless the school explicitly says "Tell us the word count"!
