Hey all, i have been scoring high 150s and 160 and reading comprehension has been my plateau. My logical reasoning are at -3 and my reading comp at -10 timed or untimed, and I’ve been trying everything and I can’t figure it out. I’m planning on taking October if you can help please let me know. I really wanna break out of this and it seems my comprehension is good for logical reason so I don’t understand.

Hi! I scored a 180, and I work with students on RC plateaus like this.
The fact that you're around -3 in LR but still around -10 in RC, even untimed, suggests this probably is not just a pacing issue. I'd want to see whether the misses come from passage structure, inference questions, viewpoint shifts, answer-choice interpretation, or getting too caught up in details.
A lot of students assume that being strong at LR means RC should naturally follow, but the reading process is different enough that a very specific RC issue can still hold the score down.
