Hey everyone! I’m Jason and I’m offering private LSAT tutoring! www.sheffermancoaching.com
My tutoring is very hands on and personalized because that was the style of tutoring I needed but never got. I realized most LSAT tutors are the natural test takers not needing to have studied much. The LSAT did not come naturally to me…I took the LSAT 6 times starting from a 147 to eventually a 173. I needed someone to understand things at my level (the very bottom) and to walk me through the process.
I keep my roster small on purpose because I get genuinely involved with everyone I work with. My tutoring works best when it feels like a friend who’s had similar experiences rather than you feeling like I’m counting the minutes until the session is over.
A bit about me: I studied the intersection of philosophy and cognitive psychology and TA’d in formal logic, was the commencement speaker and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis School of Law in 2025 and worked as a startup corporate lawyer for Cooley LLP.
