I just finished the foundations course on SevenSage and my score on my first PT after foundations just dropped 9 points in comparison to my initial cold diagnostic. I'm feeling defeated. I know that this is a good point to see where my score is and to improve it from there. I am more familiar with what the test looks like but I was having a GIGANTIC problem with time. I would have expected my score to stay the same or at least improve a few points here and there. I was taking my time with the first 10ish problems and then seeing the clock tick and rushing the rest of the exam under time pressure. It was not a good feeling. I am gonna spend the next few days deep reviewing. First I will blind review and understand why I got every singe questions wrong. I'm feeling so overwhelmed. I got through only 2-ish passages on RC, rushed the third, and didn't even get to the last passage. Is anyone experiencing something similar upon completing the foundations straight off the bat?

Hey, this is really common and okay to happen! The time will come, I promise. Make sure you have the foundations strong, then break down question types, you will get quicker. For LR sections, the second half gets more difficult, so try to spend only about one minute on the first 19 questions, and then you have about two minutes for the harder ones. It’ll be okay, this is really common!
