Hi everyone,
I am trying to figure out why I struggle so much with studying for the LSAT. I have been practicing since last February on and off, and every time I return to it I feel lost. During my study sessions, I feel like I'm looking everywhere but the videos 7 Sage provides, my brain starts day dreaming, and my body wants to click something even when there is nothing to click. I have never noticed this in my school studying, but now that I have a full time job, I have seen myself doing it more and more.
My question is: Does anyone have a good tactic to keep my mind from drifting and keep me engaged with the material? Has anyone found good ways to prevent fidgeting?

I totally get this! Usually I try to get a sticky note and doodle on it while I'm listening to the video explanations. I often get a Sharpie and just try to black out the whole front or do patterns lol. It helps me lock in on the lesson while keeping my brain focused on what they're teaching. I also have fidget cubes that help as well.
If videos don't work for you then use written lessons or 7sage games. Also have study and rest time blocked, I study for 25 mins then take a 5 min break to do whatever i want, then repeat.
