Has anybody else had issues submitting a transcript for a study abroad experience. I spent a month in France and the institution isn't on Parchment. Also, it's just under the "other institutions" category, not international institution. Not sure if I made an error when I first made my account, or how I'm supposed to get a French university to send a transcript to LSAC.
I've already emailed LSAC and the institution, but curious if anyone else has dealt with this/has advice!

I may be wrong, but I think short-term study abroad transcripts don't need to be uploaded to LSAC! I studied abroad for one semester in Korea, and from what I understand, I am not required to give them my study abroad transcript. Those grades and courses are listed on my undergraduate transcript, but they aren't counted towards my GPA or CAS Report credits.
Use the transcript request form under institution on CAS page.
Just send the French university the request form via email with clear instructions about how to send the transcript by mail (check LSAC guidance on this). I think it has to be send in an envelope sealed with the university stamp or something and they need to fill out and include that form. It’s good you emailed LSAC about the “other” institution as opposed to “international” and in my experience they respond quite fast. Just be aware that the transcript may take time to arrive in the US and then also some time for LSAC/CAS to process as was my experience.
