It would be great to have a streak freeze option for whenever people intentionally take some days off (after an official test attempt, for example). It's silly but I'd been keeping my streak since I started 7sage in September and just lost it after two days off (midterms season, ugh); it was weirdly motivational to see it every time I logged on. Thanks for all the great updates lately, and for considering this!
Update: Thank you all for your support on this, and to the 7sage team for restoring my streak. Excited to potentially see this update in the future!

Dude I accidentally missed a day and my 100 day streak died :(
Agreed! Some days you need to take an intentional rest day and I prefer to keep the streak since its motivational
@J.Y.Ping Tagging for visibility, I think this would be a great feature and seems like many others agree!
I also think this is great! Seeing that streak stay, is such a motivator! Being able to pause it for midterms, test day, or any intentional time off would be very helpful!
Especially if your study plan has a "day off" - frustrating when the streak disappears because I don't log in on my one day off! :)
Agreed! This would be so nice
agreed
I second the motion.
This is noted! We're working on something...
