Doing a question throughout the curriculum, I don't see the button or option for 'blind review.'

You'll be prompted to Blind Review when you take Drills, Sections, or PTs. But, as J.Y. notes, because the You Trys are untimed, you there's no BR for those. When you do something untimed, you're already basically BR-ing it.
The You Try lessons in the curriculum? They're already untimed so there's no sense in which you can Blind Review them. Blind Review is supposed to remove the constraint of timing.
