Self-study
I recently started gearing up to study for the LSAT and started with a diagnostic test to see where I am. I scored a 138 which is very discouraging, but I know it can be improved. I am needing a score in the high 150s/160, is it possible to achieve this with 3 months of studying? Any recommendations and advice would be appreciated!

I wouldn’t mind hearing these recommendations as well. My last score was a 131 and I plan on retaking the August LSAT.
Without significant background in LSAT studying, I think a +15 to +20 point improvement from the 130s is a reasonable goal in 3 months, assuming you're studying about 15+ hours a week. Stay motivated, and review thoroughly! Don't worry about speed as you work through the CC. Focus on understanding the concepts and flagging things for review. Also, don't feel like you need to master every concept immediately after you see it. There are plenty of things on the LSAT that may be initially unintuitive (conditional reasoning, for one); expect that you'll need to revisit these concepts many times over a few weeks or months.
In addition, if you're dead set on taking the test in August, then you'll want to start working in a timed PT every week or other week beginning about 6 weeks to 8 weeks before the test. Even if you're still working through the CC, you'll want to get to timed practice and drilling a bit earlier than the current CC has you doing those things.
