It should be available from the menu under Discussion > Comments when you're logged in.
I like the discussions being on the same page as the video explanations. Otherwise, we'll have to go searching for the prompt rather than having it right at hand.

Hmm..I noticed that I can't see others post comments on other videos if I press the "view discussion" button. It brings us me to the forum.
