Hum I have never encountered this problem and I am currently using the sequencing/grouping games videos. What browser are you using? I know that for instance the PDFs never show in my browser (I use Chrome) and some videos are very slow on Firefox.
My videos are fine. Have you tried closing your brower and re-opening it? Which videos are freezing?

yes. I have to do that to make it work.

sometimes the error message is 'video could not be found' and 'video not properly encoded'
