Normally I have not been writing down work. With problems like these, I have to. Is that a bad habit to start? Stupid question... but can you write anywhere on the test?

at this point... are we supposed to be reading and watching the video? Most times I only read as I process that information better, and if I feel behind on the concept then I will watch the video as well. Is that okay or putting me behind?

I feel slow trying to understand 5 lol. It makes 0 sense to me. How is he trying to prove almost all of a surge in obesity can be attributed to decreased physical activity and changes in dietary habits, from the fact that nutritionists noticed a surge in obesity after the fast food boom. These are not fully coorelated and the premise just doesnt support the conclusion well. Any tips?

So because I am a little nervous of confusing these words when they DON'T signify premises, is it true I can ALWAYS ask "why" to the premise and if there is a why answered it must make sense? For instance, "I'm hugging you because I miss you." You can ask "why do you miss me" and the answer is "because I am hugging you".. this doesn't make sense so it is not a premise. Can this logic work for all cases?
