Can I pause the video and still see the content??? Handwriting is not amazing and it takes a moment to read but God forbid you pause the video cuz screen goes white every time.
it's an easy to understand assumption. Come on, your aiming for law school with the assumption that you've had a college education... I think the bar can be set a bit higher.
If I wanted to make assumptions in my LSAT prep, Isaac, I would not waste $70 a month for a syllabus. And if *YOU'RE aiming for law school, learn grammar before insulting your contemporaries. geez.

The metaphysical view that all explanations are causal is sometimes called "mechanism". But sometimes non-causal explanations are useful, and I think this is not just a philosophical point. Lawyers often have to explain rules in terms of other rules, for example, which is non-causal explanation (more like justificatiory of grounding explanations). For causation happens in space and time, and rules are abstract.

@AshlynMiller I usually read as well, I feel like I would pay less attention to the videos
@Jurcis same I definitely find I get more distracted watching the videos

I'm sorry I hurt you're feelings. If that's what you want out of 70$ then it is indeed too expensive. I recommend Khan Academy.

Mechanism is helpfully mentioned in LSAT 78, Logical Reasoning II, Q14, though you can't really tell what the philosophy is about from the stem.
