I am so beyond confused. I feel like we are unlearning everything we just learned.

Is it a correct assumption to assume that the correct answer for this question would be anything that has to do with government regulations?

Would it be a good idea to make a quizlet as a good way of remembering the translation rules? Or is practice like this better?
