@LauraBolivar Since time is a big factor, I usually go with my stronger instinct, which I have found has become a lot more accurate with drilling a lot of questions. I think it is because after seeing so many answers, I have started to subconsciously pick up on how right answers sound, if that makes sense?

@CollinEsquirol I got this wrong too, but I think the difference is the certainty and predictability of the claim. For B, the certainty lies with the Shoppes overall profitability has decreased, and the only reasons it provides are the two stated in the claims. BUT, as explained in A, there could have been other factors at play, such as an extra expense the Shoppe had to make. So here, we cannot predict that it was either of the two. Instead for C, the certainty lies with the fact that the price they have to pay has increased, so we can correctly predict, through the logic chain, that the overall profitability will decrease. This is just how I reviewed in my head, hope it helps.
