Ok I first said E was the answer, and then in the blind review I said B, but ok it makes sense that the one who weakeness most is B because is saying that the reason why the kids are performing better is because their parents are educators (which is an alternative hypotheses to the conclusion)

and E is just saying some (which could be 1 or all according to previous lessons) children who don't participate in the program did good in school, that is not an alternative hypothesis, it's just extra information

right?

Ok I got it right, but I have a different reasoning on how I got it

I saw it as:

Casual Argument:

Decline in n. of NGO correlates with growth or increase of governement services

Conclusion

the Increase of Governement Services correlates with decrease in voluntareerism

Answer: alternate explaination to the correlation cited in casual argument

I got it right, but I don't understand how he got the same answer with a different reasoning

I'm still stuck and afraid but at least not as frustrated as the beggining I feel that I've learned some things, still a little afraid of taking the LSAT drills or prep questions but I feel a little better, maybe because it feels like I've learned some stuff

@JoannaClohessy I saw a recorded class today with Ms. Mcduffy, and honestly I noticed that reading helps me better than doing the whole symbol and negations -- I feel like he confuses me a lot as well, so I'll just use his knowledge when I cannot get the answer by my own logic

So, what I understand is that when negating the whole conditional claims we negate the second section or the necessary condition, and for all we use some and negate B?

I just looked at the conditional indicators and for question 3 Only is a necessary condition not suffieicient, can someone clarify I am not understanding why they are using it in the example as suffiencient when only is necessary

@SebastianE =( I just realized that the reason why I am having so many issues with Conditional Reasoning is because it is one of the hardest sections in the LSAT for me!!!!! I just don't know how to map it right, but I will map it and I will do the counterpositive to see if I get the right answer, all of the answers look right to me!!! and is so sad and frustrating!!!

I honestly feel that instead of helping me is dragging me down! I've only taking this course for like a week, I had a 145 LSAC Prep course before taking it, so I went to the LSAC website and learned from there, I decided to pay for a private course like this one and I feel like is not helping whatsoever! so I'm like super frustrated at this point

😡 Upset

HELP!

I really feel like this prep course is confusing me more than helping me, I literally took almost a whole week of lessons to take an LSAT question and get it wrong, like is this course really going to help it feels more of like a scam at this point, and the guy! Jesus Christ he goes 1000 miles per hour when explaining anything!!!
