@Mikey7sage this is my understanding. hypothetical application (yes i get this as it is without the obstacle part), to argue that it would have unacceptably counterintuitive consequences is the "counter intuitive" being that we naturally think it is still possessed intelligence but this counters the cognitive psychologists claim?? so counterintuitive consequences??

@LauraBach-7SageTutor

The explanation for D says perhaps benefiting is much smaller is inevitable but for E could it also be the case. Perhaps less competition is inevitable because of few national parks. Or is it saying much less competition between companies compared to the competition between telecommunication companies on a percapita rate?

What if for answer D, instead of it saying "we could reverse this trend" it said "they did reverse this trend" would this weaken it?

@Hailleelynn Just did a PT and got 152, thought I got a 154. My RC is really bad!! LR 17/25, 19/25 LR, RC 13/27 :( So I think main focus is going to be RC for a couple of days. But I do see improvement. I noticed I do better from 4pm-8pm rather than 8pm-12am. I am also curious on how you're doing, hopefully well?

@Hailleelynn I can update my progress if you'd like.

@Hailleelynn I have noticed that a lot of it is mentality. Just be confident and keep telling yourself you will get where you want to be. Now, for RC I try to replicate exactly what JY does when watching the explanation videos. So when he breaks down a passage, I try to replicate exactly that when I do it myself. I always review every question I got wrong and really focus on why I got it wrong and fully know why the right answer is right. I feel my improvement already. For LR, just do drills but what I have been doing is not caring about questions I get wrong that are 160+. All 150s or below I review strictly and must get right. When reading a stimulus just predict what the answer will be. Predicting is probably the best thing and then just rinse and repeat. Sleep also

@Hananash My application deadline is November 1st so hopefully you don't miss yours. I am enrolled for the november LSAT but I may not take it. I am going to do a prep test before and if I don't get mid 150s then I probably won't take it for my record.

I feel like the strategy here is when seeing the word "thus" to automatically assume it is a conclusion because it is question 6. Whereas, if it was question 16 or above my assumption would have a higher chance of being wrong. I had trouble figuring out what the conclusion was so I chose answer E. But if I did the strat then I would have gotten it right.

Just a thought.

I took it also and got a 145. I have been studying a bit and it feels like there is no hope but I am going to push through. I need a 155 to get where I want to be. We are on the same path. I recently took a prep test and got a 151 so I do see some improvement. I am revamping how I study and what I study for January LSAT. I don't got much to say for help because we're the same but just don't give up.
