I was also between (C) and (E) for question #4, but the first sentence of the passage gives the biggest hint: "Traditionally, members of a community such as a town or neighborhood share a common location and a sense of necessary interdependence..."

It specifically states that interdependence is necessary for community. That’s why (E) fits: it captures the "necessary interdependence" from the first sentence, while (C) misses the mark by overemphasizing geography.

Is it incorrect if I solved this the following way:

convince people qualifications → expert [A →B]

_

almost anyone → expert [C→B]

what's needed: [C → A]; almost anyone → convince people qualifications

It got me to answer choice A, but JY's notation is different, and I am wondering I'm I'm making a logical error.
