I recently deleted instagram (my main source of distraction) and found it not only beneficial for increasing focus, but providing greater overall mental clarity.

Despite this, I still felt the need to scroll. I began scrolling through Linkedin and Pinterest as if they were IG, which led me to delete both of them today. I just can't believe how normal I let this "addiction" become, but hopefully I'll break the habit not only for studying purposes, but for good!
