Hey there! I edited your post's title and removed PT questions. Please use the format: "PT#.S#.Q# - brief description of the question." Also, please do not post the entire question and answer choices for the LSAC question; this is copyrighted content and is against the Forum Rules. Thanks!
Thanks so much for taking the time to share this thoughtful feedback! I really appreciate your detailed suggestions about improving the comments section — collapsing threads and adding organization tags like “answered” or “solved” sound like great ideas to make discussions easier to navigate. I’ll share your feedback with our product team for consideration.
Thanks so much for the suggestion! A bookmarking feature for drill or section history sounds really helpful — I can definitely see how that would make it easier to revisit specific sets or practice sections. I’ll share your feedback with our product team for consideration.
🎉 LawHub is up and running again!
Hi there,
I checked your account, and it looks like your subscription is currently scheduled to cancel on November 25, 2025. It doesn’t appear that a downgrade to Core will take effect on that date.
If you’d prefer to switch to the Core subscription instead, I recommend canceling both your pause and cancellation here:
Once that’s done, if no payment for Core or Live goes through, you can resubscribe to Core directly from this page:
If you run into any trouble canceling the pause or downgrade, just let me know — I’ll be happy to help!
Thanks so much for sharing this suggestion! That definitely makes sense—it would be helpful to have a way to mark a PrepTest as completed without having to go through each section again.
I’ll share your feedback with our product team so they can consider adding this feature in a future update. We really appreciate you taking the time to let us know!
Analytics on 7Sage update in real time, so you should see your stats reflect your progress right after completing a drill.
I tried recreating the issue on my end, but everything updated normally after finishing a short Drill. Since it sounds like your Drill history is saving but Analytics isn’t reflecting it, I’d like to investigate further.
I’ll follow up with you via email so we can troubleshoot this together in more detail and get it sorted out.
Sorry about that! We’re aware of the issue with the answer choice timeline (the line/bar showing when you switched answers). Our tech team is already working on a fix, and we’ll let you know as soon as it’s resolved.
Thanks so much for your patience in the meantime!
Hi there,
Just an update: We were able to reproduce the issue — it looks like the colored time bars (showing when you selected each answer choice) are currently missing in the latest update.
Our development team is already working on a fix, and we’ll let you know as soon as this feature is restored.
Thanks again for catching that and for your patience while we get it resolved!
Thanks for checking! I confirmed with our content team that the “Avg. questions per test” metric is correct. Causal Reasoning is a very common tag and typically appears on around 22 questions per test.
Keep in mind that each LSAT has 2 or 3 Logical Reasoning sections, so that works out to about 8–9 causal reasoning questions per section. You’ll see these especially often on Weaken and Strengthen question types.
Please feel free to let us know if you have any other questions!
Hey there,
We tried to recreate the issue with the Clean, Actual Take, and BR options after completing passages and scoring 100%, but we weren’t able to reproduce the problem on our end.
Could you please try using a different browser? We find that Chrome works best with 7Sage, though Firefox and Safari should work well too.
Also, please make sure your browser and operating system are fully updated to the latest version.
If the issue continues after that, please email us at studentservice@7sage.com, so we can take a closer look.
I know it can be frustrating to track down flagged questions. Here’s how it works:
Flagged questions can be reviewed within each PrepTest or Drill you’ve completed. During review, you’ll see a filter option—just select “Flagged” to view only those questions. I’ve attached a quick sample GIF below to show how this looks.

Flags are mainly meant for the Blind Review process of that particular PrepTest or Drill (e.g., flagging during a timed test, reattempting those questions in Blind Review, and then analyzing the answers you kept vs. changed). They stay tied to that test because the goal is to help you reflect on your thought process in the exact context you took it.
If you’d like to collect specific flagged questions in one place for easier long-term review, I recommend bookmarking them. All your bookmarked questions will then appear on your Questions page, so you can revisit them anytime.
Hope this helps! Let us know if you have any questions.
Hi there! I'm sorry for the trouble. We're currently updating the videos on our new site. You may notice that some still display the classic site, but we're actively working on updating everything.
If you have any questions about the new site, please don't hesitate to reach out to us at studentservice@7sage.com; we're happy to help!
If your LSAC fee waiver letter has expired, you’ll need to re-apply directly with LSAC to renew it. Once renewed, you’ll receive another year of free LawHub Advantage access.
In the meantime, if you have any further questions about your 7Sage account, please don’t hesitate to email us at studentservice@7sage.com.
I'm sorry, but the Fact v. Belief v. Knowledge lesson is still incomplete, and as a result, you won't be able to access it yet. Our team is actively working on completing it, but we currently don't have an estimated time for its completion.
Hi there,
Right now, our platform doesn’t have the option to remove the experimental section, but we’re working on it and will share an update once it’s live.
For now, just a heads-up: if you skip a section, the system marks all those questions wrong, which skews your analytics. That’s why we recommend taking all four sections—it keeps your data accurate and helps you “over-prepare” for test day.
If you’d like to mimic your accommodations more closely, one workaround is to take three sections, then a longer break before doing the fourth. Since you won’t know which one is experimental until after the exam anyway, this can reduce stamina issues without throwing off your results as much.
Feel free to let us know if you have any questions!
Hi there, I'm sorry about that! I have reached out to you via email to help resolve the issue. Please let me know if you did not receive it. Thank you.
Hi, I have sent you an email to help resolve the issue. Please let me know if you did not receive it. Thank you!
You're right—at the moment, there isn’t a way to view the total time spent on a completed drill, section, or full PrepTest in one summary. You can only see the time spent on each question individually, so you’d need to add them up manually.
I completely understand how helpful a total time summary would be for tracking progress, and I’ve shared your feedback with our product team. We really appreciate your suggestion, and feel free to let us know if you have any questions or other feedback!
Hi there, I really appreciate your feedback! You're absolutely right that both were important parts.
✅ Lesson Discussions: The comments are still available! They’ve just moved. You can find them by clicking the 💬 speech icon in the top-left corner of each lesson under the lesson title. You can watch this quick guide to see how to find them: https://www.loom.com/share/c95938ddae504a53b9d267c4ca2fa519?sid=c045e22a-bb39-4455-bd19-e1fa6043317b
📅 Study Schedule: We're actively working on bringing back a smarter, more flexible version of the study scheduler on the new site. It’s one of our top priorities, and this will be available soon!
Please feel free to let us know if you have any questions or any feedback. We'd be happy to help!

Hey there! I totally understand wanting an easier way to view or print the lesson summaries—Miro can definitely feel a bit clunky for that. At the moment, there isn’t a built-in option to download or print the charts directly. However, there is a workaround you can try, though it’s not fully optimized for printing:
Workaround:
On the Miro summary page, zoom out or click “Fit to screen” so the whole chart is visible.
Adjust the position so the part you want is centered on your screen.
Press Ctrl + P (Windows) or Cmd + P (Mac).
In the print menu, select only the pages you want.
Choose “Save as PDF” or print
I hope that helps! Please feel free to reach out if you need help with anything else.
