Hello everyone, I recently paused my Live subscription prior to my second payment because I was unsure if I would renew. I have not had access because my month of subscription ran out so everything has been moved to free. However, when I hit downgrade to the Core subscription it says that it will come into effect on November 25th when my live subscription is up. However, I do not have any live subscription now because it ran out. Does anyone have any information on how I can resolve the issue? Thank you.

    Hi there,

    I checked your account, and it looks like your subscription is currently scheduled to cancel on November 25, 2025. It doesn’t appear that a downgrade to Core will take effect on that date.

    If you’d prefer to switch to the Core subscription instead, I recommend canceling both your pause and cancellation here:

    Once that’s done, if no payment for Core or Live goes through, you can resubscribe to Core directly from this page:
