@lydiaaaaaa I think it's just describing the action being committed to make the necessary true. I think of it as just an elongated part of the "then" because it is describing what must be true about the subject

@Saharmirzad not all doesn't have to mean most. If you make 10 attempts to increase productivity and only 1 attempt doesn't increase it then not all of your attempts increased productivity. I also like to think about what would be best for me like just because their sense of security isn't high doesn't mean they will affect my productivity. If anything it might mean they will work harder so they are less likely to be the ones who are fired. I hope this helps a bit
