Score drop on LSAT vs PTs

Going into the June LSAT I was averaging around 167 and ended up getting a whopping 159. I had never scored this low before. I knew that I was extremely anxious going into the exam (I panicked in the first section which didn’t help) and I had definitely been overworking myself (I took six PTs in the two weeks going into my exam), but I didn’t expect that large of a score drop.

I changed my studying routine going into August and have emphasized quality over quantity. I’m averaging around 170 and my last two PTs were 171. But I’m still very worried that I’m going to see another massive score drop this August LSAT. I have a hard time believing it was just a fluke. And I feel like I really need to take some measures to combat test anxiety going into this exam. Any advice? I’m putting so much weight onto this exam and the ptsd from last exam is getting to me lol.
