I had a feeling it was A but I was personally thrown off because when they say one's ability to produce the sounds I thought they meant every aspect of their ability including mentally which doesn't seem right when it actually meant only physical motor skills

The question about the chemical wastes being dumped into Cod Bay really tripped me up because I was thinking of the answer choices as things I would personally ask about the situation without actually paying attention to just understanding what the representatives are claiming and whether each answer choice is relevant in evaluating the validity of the conclusion they came to.
