I love this instructors lessons, his explanations make so much sense

@mrinaliniv92 What from I thought when going through the answer choices, C only mentioned how it takes more time for a driver to maneuver out of a spot when a car is waiting to enter a space nearby, but does not mention or attempt to explain the difference in time when a driver is waiting patiently vs honking. A explains the entire phenomenon and is thus the better answer.
