This is a very poor question and answer. This whole time we are taught not to add assumptions especially to a question like which statement is most supported. for C we have actual assumptions like the fact that the evidence shows concerns and interest, all that were listed were things, no indication that those things listed can be classified as concerns or interests. In fact C is a great example of an answer that we've been widely taught to avoid. This is a poor question.
