I chose B thinking that clearly his enemies would want the people to regard him unfavorably. C I just felt like who cares maybe these were popular acts to commit. Can someone explain why that thought process is wrong? #help

It could not be known simply because no research has been conducted

I realized you negate. "However, the profits of downtown businesses will not increase unless downtown traffic congestion decreases." becomes profits will increase if traffic decreases

This is where I was getting hung up too because I felt like you could not assume B) without being told that traffic congestion decreased.

"if cost of living downtown decreases — that means traffic congestion must have decreased." is not stated and I feel like it must be needed because you can have a situation where cost of living is high but there is traffic congestion, then B would be wrong.

#feedback Not sure if this is just me but not all the videos have a speed adjuster and so if I want to change the speed I need to find one that does and change it there.
