Stuck in the 150s on timed practice

Hey chat, I fear I have a bigggg problem. I have been studying for this test for almost 2 years. And I’m still scoring the same 😭😛

For reference: I took the official test twice.

April 2025- scored a 150

October 2025- scored a 151

And I took a practice test yesterday after studying consistently for the last 8 months and guess my score!! Drum roll…150!!!!! (Ugh) with untimed practice I was getting about 20/25 and 22/25 which is definitely my dream goal for this test under timed conditions. But I cannot complete all the questions and I overthink answer choices under timed stress. Any advice on how to stop overthinking answer choices when you are between two, and how to improve timed sections for both LR and RC.
