Nah, practicing law at about 30 is not late at all (for your question 3). Your experience as USMS officer will bring you a lot more than what class can teach you after you have JD degree.

RC -15

I felt myself might be the worst RC test taker in the discussion section. I have no idea how to improve it. Focusing on big picture has no help for me. I simply do not understand what the passage was talking about! My LR is now -5 but RC score could not be worse.

It's the biggest obstacle on my LSAT journey.

I think this question is tricky bc of the last sentence starts with yet!!!!!!!! Yet is always an indicator for a conclusion but obviously it's not here.

2. The analogy between experts make inferences in some particular areas and the way we make fast and direct perception is the same, which explains why we believed we're always accurate at inferring our own thoughts.

1. Marsalis was the King of the Jazz. However, he received tremendous critics.

(How? For what?)

2. Recording companies emphasized on old recordings.

(Any connections with critics?)

3. Publics thought that Marsalis was partly culpable for the trends of traditionalism, which inhibited the development of Jazz.

4. Author's oppinion: the author stands by Marsalis and believed he wasn't a mere revivalist. The fault was made by record companies.

5. The real reason record companies reissued old songs: profit.

This question is a bit problematic. I got the right answer by POE but I really don't like this question.

For B), you have to assume that buying the global positioning systems for few cows would be cheaper than buying fences. Okay. what if it costs $1000 to get one positioning system and it only costs $3 per fence at home depot?

--------------------------------------------

For C), significant stress?????

Scientists removed a gene from a fly species, so now these flies have no uv vision.

Flies that were not gene-changed have uv vision.

Conclusion: in general, if a fly in this speies has no UV vision, the cause is the damage of the gene that scientists removed.

We have to assume this removed gene is the sole determination.

Because local soil conditions varied widely and the concentration of either form is unpredictable in the real world.

Therefore, data drawn from the lab is midleading.

(the gap is lab is not creating the same environment or factors same in the real world).

Read Carefully!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I wanna know if I'm the only person who always have worse performance on the 2nd LR comparing with the 1LR section, especially after PT80 due to my foggy mind while reading so many long stimulus and long ACs. I mean these long arguments are really annoying.

Note: it may take up to 10 days to be delivered. But if Mary is lucky, her application might be delivered within 8 days.

Hmmm, violation of principle (MBF)

The 1st sentence is about bg so it's not important.

Gov:

No justified scientific evidence AND conducting the test may misled public

Therefore, test is not allowed.

Quickly elimated C) D) E)

B) Provide info to company. out of scope

A) is the right answer.

How section order impacts scores

I felt like the most terrible order for me would be RC, RC, LG, LR

It would be extremely awful to have two RCs in a row and they are the first 2 sections.... I am so nervous.

I would be mentally exhausted to do the rest two sections.

Worst among the worst: the 2nd RC is the real RC section that accounts.
