This is a good example of one type of a must be true question where the answer choices language matters. I got this one right, and its because right away - I knew A and D were 99% sure wrong because they say "all," without even looking at what they said. Then you can eliminate E because the logic doesn't make any sense, and from there you have B and C and it becomes clear which is the better of the two choices, even if you're unsure there.

I hope this is useful to someone, comments on questions I struggle with often help me a lot.

Not trying to be a dork, but I think if I got this question on a real LSAT I would consider contesting it

Also would be interested - it seems based on your feedback a GroupMe would be most appropriate.

Doing drills without cutting into PTs

Hello,

I am studying for the November LSAT, and am wanting to get some feedback.

Currently, I am working my way through Logical Reasoning, and as such am doing roughly 5-10 questions or prep per day. I have taken one diagnostic test (basically completely cold to start) and have not done any since.

My question is: is there a way to use certain questions for drills, without seeing them again when you do practice tests? Is this a concern that anyone else has worked through, or just me? I don't mind a little cross over, but I just don't want a ton as I feel like that would give me an inaccurate picture of what my scores are on PTs when I get to that point.

Thank you for your consideration and time!

For some reason I really didn't struggle with this question, like I would have normally done so. I think for me once you get through the dense language (diagramming) the answer itself was very obvious. C strengthens the claim by tying the meteor to Mars. My takeaway is diagram out the stuff that seems intimidating.

I understand its your style JY and it doesn't bother me a ton but you can be overly dismissive - I think - of incorrect answer choices. This is a good example, according to my page D was the second most popular AC. In hindsight we can see why it's wrong but you're laying it on sort of thick in your assessment of it. I have seen others complain of this and didn't think too much of it, but after watching +20 explanation videos in one day I can get the gripe a little more.
