Are you guys writing out your low res summary or just keeping track of it in your head?

I was just wondering if theres a way to change the time so the target time is for just one question? I think the target time is allowing for the entire question section of this passage

i got it right but only because I read the answer choice if it were written with commas...am i crazy or shouldn't there be commas in that answer choice right????

Anyone have any strategies for identifying what kind of question type it is based off the question stem? I just feel like on the test I would confuse this question for something else
