im a bit confused for the first sentence, when it says only some, i took it to be the necessary condition, but does this mean in cases only some is just a modifier for some, and it doesn't have to be a necessary condition?

i think there is a better way to understand this than the way they described:

the possibility that no one who heard the lecture from the beginning and thought it was fascinating (this would be the entire heard from beginning bubble) were my students!!!!

my confusion is he says I know some of MY!!! students did think it was fascinating, doesn't that imply it is his students???

rip i eliminated c because it was a mismatch with decreased profits while the stimulus was increased taxation, i need to remember its the end result that matters which is negative for the majority

I was with C originally but then switched to b because in previous questions I got wrong it was because I didn't pay attention to what the conclusion was specifically saying. This conclusion says "attributable mainly to the increased availability and affordability of air-conditioning" b shows that it actually wasn't as affordable and therefore weakens the conclusion, whereas if you compare C to the conclusion it doesn't weaken it the same way.

I hate this question because it contradicts how they have previously told us to approach these questions.

Ok so to be clear, if it instead said "few of her abstract works demonstrate much high originality." then b would be correct?? I think I am confused on whether you can or can't diagram few as some

@c00lbeans jokes i just looked at my notes from the foundation lessons and it is written in there but i have never applied it once in any question in the last month so I definitely forgot how to apply this

what went wrong for me was assuming few=some, and therefore B looked very correct.

They should put a lesson on how Few = Not Most in the foundations lessons and how to diagram that. it might seem obvious Few=not most, but that was not in my LAWGIC toolbox of knowledge, definitely glad I saw this question and learned this now before my test because I have never seen this needing to be known for any question before.

i thought for strengthen questions in LR at least we were told the right answer can be one that eliminates alternate theories/possibilities, wouldn't D be doing that and therefore strengthen???? Its just frustrating when a tactic they tell us to use works sometimes but not in other times when it can apply just the same

I knew it would be d, but they said that if the authors perspective is provided then THAT is the main point, so i went with A because last sentence of paragraph 1 is the authors thesis, how do i avoid doing this mistake again because this answer is not going with the authors perspective that was provided #feedback
