I recently took a PT and as I was taking a LR section, the AC's were invisible and one was marked "Question removed from test" - is there a reason for this?

These videos do not provide the same level of professionalism that short, JY, videos provide as explanations.
Agreed. I watch the videos in 1.4X in order to avoid the lengthy beginning
Also in the low 150's and need to be able to break through! Did you BR the whole way?
Got 17 and 20 wrong... Chose the 2nd choice for both.
I found the answer for Question 17 (A) way too strong and decided not to choose it over something with less language that wasn't as strong (D).
→ I understand that we are trying to talk about "species" and not climate after JY's explanation. Choose the AC that MSS to what the Question stem is getting at.
Agreed. The videos are incredibly long and seem unedited. I think that they can at least edit them to the parts where the instructor is explaining the answer chocies.
I completely overlooked "other nations" on AC (B) on Question 5...
Tricky LSAT AC's in RC make you overlook single words that throw it off.
Decrease in cost of living → more consumers live in downtown areas → increase profit downtown → traffic decreases
Interested! Also a full-time worker with a flexible schedule - I can study mornings and evenings EST
Question #12 took me some time to really understand the logic behind the answer choice. I had originally picked C because it seemed to suggest that dower had "greater legal importance" but I understand that that was a stretch.
Once I heard JY's understanding of A I was genuinely astonished as to how the LSAT writers could've conceived of an answer choice so subtle and so far from what I could've came up with. Fellow 7Sager Cranberry Mama gave a great explanation :
12) I think this is a combination of a subtlety in A and a lack of any other good answer. The subtlety in A to me is “suggests that women ….” If it had outright said “this tells us that this practice is definitely common in other countries but it goes by a different name” I would be more skeptical. To the point of whether it could be a nickname, I think that would be odd phrasing. As an example: “They play a game where they kick a ball into a goal, called “soccer” in America” implies that this game exists elsewhere with a different name. If it didn’t exist elsewhere, they would probably just say “They play a game where they kick a ball into a goal, called “soccer”.
#19 Realllllly messed me up. Someone below mentioned how AC C kind of looks like a NA question type. I chose the trap answer E and its true - i got TRAPPED.
For Question 7- I honestly brought my own bias into choosing the wrong AC - B. I had generalized her political/economic mood as comdemnatory towards the U.S and any effects it had on Mexico. But as others and JY have stated - she was not condemnatory but rather accepting as long as it didn't hurt Mexico's cultural identity.
I thought the same thing but honestly it's about getting closer to how the paragraph is structured. As JY pointed out - there is a generalization of her "traditional"elements of her work and then there's an example of her work and how those "traditional"elements are used.
I Lol'd when I saw that the right answer was E... corniest answer ever. Sergio925 points out a great fact: Just gotta assume the last 5 questions of this section are meant to trick you. That assumption marginally improved my performance
