@LukeLambeth I think the first sentence is used to imply that the DVC members can access the Genie+, meaning that all other customers do not matter. Considering this is discussing DVC members and Walt IS one, he must have used one of the two vessels. Hypothetically, in your situation that Walt DID obtain the Genie+ pass another way, it's simply impossible because he is a DVC member and the DVC members only have 2 methods. You are thinking outside of the bounds of this argument, as it gives you the guidelines.
@BillyGoat i. think do whatever helps you retain information best! For this section, it's more about a way of thinking, so I won't be taking notes but instead engaging in this form of thinking realistically. For example, next time you see an argument being made, try and actively identify these terms. I believe it will make identifying arguments on the LSAT easier, as you won't have access to notes there. It's best for me to just immerse my brain into thinking this way!
In my opinion, the study schedule you had before you fell behind should remain the same. Then, when you regenerate the plan, it takes what you have left and re-disperses it to your new time frame while keeping the completed work where it was. this way, you can see when you completed which sections and it is easier to review, as well as see which weeks you took off. or, in the case of spring break or other vacations, i'd like to generate my plan with planned vacations implemented into the study schedule. so that I don't come home to 5 missed days and have to re-generate entirely.
