The space where the saved drill templates are currently isn't intuitive. I would recommend placing them on the drills page where you actually customize the drill and create the template.

@SaniqueRowe just as an additional point of feedback, I would suggest to the devs adding an option to adjust the BR settings when you get the BR prompt, or in the actual BR. When I would look for this setting, this was where I would intuitively look.
@SaniqueRowe oh my gosh, THANK YOU. This going to be a game changer for sure!!! I appreciate the help!
Okay, I know this is probably 7Sage blasphemy, but can we please adjust the blind review settings a little more so that I can choose only to review my incorrect answers?
I am currently working on untimed drills, so I really try not to choose answers unless I've really thought them out. Spending 45 minutes on an untimed drill, and then being told to review half of them just isn't how I'm going to spend my time, especially when it's so limited. It doesn't feel productive to me. What it results in is that I end up blowing through all of the questions on the review because it's overwhelming.
I know this is a personal behavior that I am in control of, but it would just make reviewing so much more helpful in my situation.
I think you just have to drill them, reflect on your answer choices, and re-watch videos when needed. I’ve been trying to improve my conditional reasoning specifically, also when I do drills, I’ve been setting the difficulty to 4& under. If I take my time, I can usually get them right, so it helps me not run into anything super difficult yet. Once I feel I have it down, then I’ll start adding the level 5.
I would love to be able to export my practice questions and analytics data into a CSV file. I already am doing a wrong answer log, but the ability to copy & past some of the things into an excel file would be immensly helpful, especially because I don't necessarily analyze my entire performance question by question, but it's usually after a week of studying, I'll look at my overall performance and then figure out where I need to dive in.
Also, if I leave notes in the tool, by the question, it would be nice to be able to export that along with all other comments.
I have a question about Group 3 Conditional Indicators.
I'm sorry if this isn't the right way to use this. There was no option to comment on the video.
In this free video, https://7sage.com/classes/evt_0326Eqo5FmfXtA1QAeVlf2 the instructuor gives the example, "I will go to the concert, unless it is a 2 hour drive."
This maps out to be either:
/concert --> 2 hour drive
/2 hour drive --> concert
Would it also end up being correct to rephrase this and say in more basic language, "If it is a 2 hour drive, then I will not go to the concert?" It changes the mapping to:
2 hour drive --> /concert
concert --> 2 hour drive
So I'm assuming you can't and that you have to follow the conditional indicator rule of just choosing an argument negating & making sufficient, but just wanted to double check.
Thanks for the help!
I would recommend going through all the core curriculum first. If you want to skip ahead there is a module at the end titled how to study, which is helpful
#feedback would love an updated video on this to go over the features of the analytics tool
#feedback would be really nice if I could read the passage without the vid
I hated this book in HS. I found it SO BORING. Also, as a parent now, I have a very different perspective on Edna.
@cmhrandall593 This is what I took from it. This is from the first module in this set.
"The main point of a Problem-Analysis passage depends on whether any solutions are presented:
If the author discusses solutions, the main point is about the potential of those solutions and the author’s opinion on them (if any)"
1) revisit the Passage Style - Problem Analysis
(2) answer the guiding questions for that style
What’s the problem, and what makes it such a problem?
Imported TV overwhelms domestic production.
Author believes this actually is not a problem and that specialists are out of touch.
What solutions, if any, are presented?
Solution to being OOT is that an anthropological study needs to be done.
What are the reasons for or against those solutions?
Viewers are more likely to want to watch culturally relevant TV
(3) run through a recap of our low-resolution summaries, - Specialists view point, author expressing they are wrong and why they are wrong, solution to how specialists can get a more accurate view point
(4) describe the author’s main point. - Specialists are out of touch and that a study can be done so they will realize that imported TV will not actually overwhelm domestic production
#feedback I have the same feedback as another user. Can you please make the paragraph accessible to read without any analysis before jumping in? Thank you!
#feedback is there a way that we can set blind review to only review the questions we actually got wrong?
I got 12/13 right but the system recommended that I review 7 of them which was exhausting. I would have rather just reviewed the one I got wrong since I spent a lot of time being thoughtful on my answers to beginwith.
This is actually super cool and makes me want to go see stained glass windows in real life. I don't think I've ever seen any.
@erarabiameyer I think having his explanations is what makes answering the questions so clear. Once you are doing them on your own, you'll prob have to use your own low res summaries.
#feedback - Just a random idea. It would be cool to have a little template space either on the module or maybe even a template in the notes to use for the passage style, low res summary, different perspectives etc.
I know I could use the notes section, and that in timed situations we wouldn't actually write it but just wanted to throw it out there since I think it could be helpful early on when learning and trying to keep track of my thoughts.
@bbcream I ended up changing it bc it was too exhausting to try to blind review everything, especially when I’m doing untimed drills. I sit here and don’t choose an answer until I think I can really justify why it would be right. So doing Br on that, I end up just choosing the same answers anyway.
