At some point I though I came across a list of privet scholarship /grants for law school. I'm not sure if it was in a discussion thread or someplace else anyone have the link or know what I'm referring to.

I'm a non traditional student (age wise)
I wanted to start law school in 2019 fall. I cant relocate so I started looking into the hybrid programs. Anybody have useful information. Its a new trend, replacing part time night programs. Mitchell Hemline has the only graduated class this year. The other option I saw was Syracuse University (inaugurating class this spring) and Touro. Daytona and Denver are also starting them this fall of 2019, but they are probably not an option for me since the classes run over Saturday.
Hi y'all just starting out, a year ago I took my diagnostic test and scored a 145 this June I got a 162 on the real deal. Going from 145-162 didn't happen overnight I started with the free course and upgraded to the cheapest and eventually upgrading two more times.
I was thinking of retaking because I was prepping at 168 I even managed to get a 171 and 172 on a BR, those were two very happy days:). I spoke to schools that I am considering applying to and 162 will give me a decent scholarship and possibly a free ride at others. Today I made the decision that I'm done with LSAT real, by trashing all my tests and review material I printed, it fills a trash can up. I wanted to pay it forward, for all the help I got from this site.
I know 162 might not sound so exciting if your looking at Harvard, but most of us are not taking that route. So if you don't plan on going to a "Top School" and want encouragement from a "middle of the road-er", so you know you can do it too, here goes.
I got a lot of practical tips from reading posts, the most helpful one was to use sheet protectors and dry erase markers for BR's. I had a whole binder of prep test I perused at random times, (waiting rooms, airports etc.) I printed the test twice the 2nd copy for BR, I put into sheet protectors and did it with dry eraser markers. I wrote the correct answers on sticky note when I reviewed and kept a tally of which ones I got wrong on another sticky note. If I got any wrong I moved the sticky note to the top and it stuck out of the binder like a tab, this allowed me to see which questions I needed to review further. Once I BR'd correctly I would move the tab to the bottom.
Burnout is real, when it set in for the third time, and I was sure I'd never pull past a 155, I switched from marathon/burnout cycle to dedicating one and half days a week studying. I shut my phone and ignored the world. Day one (at home and sometimes the library) I took the test, took a lunch break then I BR'd and I checked the answers. Next half day I saw what I got wrong, why and BRed the logic games I got wrong. Later on when I was getting better and review day didn't have that many wrong I'd go to my binder and run through all the ones I had initially gotten wrong. In May a month before the actual test I took one test a week at my test center. I found this very helpful. I spoke to the test center they allowed me to use the actual room I tested in. I think this helped me stay calm on test day it was not a new experience.
All in all it was a lot of work, but it can be done. Thank you 7sage I couldn't have done it without this course. On to my personal statement resume and application... See you soon on the other side...
chose d too i think d would be good for a weakening question
do you know what the latest one that can be purchased is? and where can I get it?
Anyone have suggestions I want to take 1 last pt before the real thing. I did all of them from my course which is u to pt 58.
Is there a big difference between the ones I did and the newer ones?
Do all the RC nowadays have the AB style paragraph?
Wow didn't know there was that specialty in law, so cool, is that what you plan on going into too?
thank G-d not blind (and hope to stay that way) but I have terrible unpredictable vision issues (side effects of cancer treatment) my cornea are scratched due to dryness and i need to use eye drops constantly which makes my vision blurry. Continues reading is also aggravating for my condition. I have my tear ducts plugged every six month and I uses rastasis, And refresh through out the day Glasses dont help because its a corneal issue I wear sunglasses indoor too sometimes to help.
Im not sure if a reader without extra time is worth it, what happens if she reads slow, so i want to know if anyone ever used a reader how it worked out.
Anyone have any knowledge about requesting a reader or using one. How difficult is it to get will they give extra time along with that or do you need to request that too/ do you get a copy of the test or only the reader does?
Any Info would be helpful.
is it wrong to rely on the word All. Since all starts answer c and also starts the question stem
I don't see why B is incorrect it can be said that before you prepare soil you need to know what you are planting so to me that is the first step knowing because depending on what you are planting it will make a difference how and where the soil is prepared.
can anybody comment on using highlighter during actual LSAT did it bleed through or is that just hog wash?
does it mater who takes the lsats with you? and what does it mean the publish the scores? I was thinking of taking it Fed. too.
Any time the question has anything about the conclusion in it, it is SA. If there is word from group 2 indicating a necessary condition, like requires or must it is NA
Would it make a difference or would there be a reason I shouldn't start the CC with trying to improve my logic games. I feel iI need the most help with that, and rumor has it that's the easiest area to improve in.
From my understanding, its only traveling once a semester for a week of full full class, 8:30-5:30. That's for Mitchel Hamlin, and they are the only school that has graduates at this point. Syracuse is just starting now in January its inaugural class all others are starting fall. this is different than the part time weekend programs.
