@NicoleLNess yes, this makes sense! when you say "if it is sunday, i will go on a hike," you're saying that you could go on a hike if it isn't sunday, but if it is sunday, then you're hiking! when you say "only if it is sunday, i will go on a hike," you're saying that if you are hiking, then it must be sunday.
